Frequently Asked Questions

How will my order be packed to protect it during shipping?

​

Your dessert will be securely packed in a sturdy Styrofoam container with gel packs to help maintain product integrity. 

​

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

​

We can not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

​

Do you ship outside of the U.S.A.?

​

We only ship within the U.S. We do not ship to Puerto Rico.

​

Can you ship to a PO Box?

​

UPS requires a physical address for delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. 

​

Does someone need to be home to sign for the package?

​

No, when shipping to a residence, it is standard practice for the package to be left at the front door if no one is home. Due to the perishable nature of the product, please advise the recipient that a package is coming, and to be on the lookout.

What are my options on serving the dessert once it arrives?

​

You may allow it to thaw completely and eat it immediately. (Will stay fresh in the refrigerator 3-4 days)

 

You may re-freeze it and save it for later. (Our desserts can stay frozen for up to three months if they are properly wrapped)

 

You may remove and thaw a select number of pieces to eat and keep the rest in the freezer. (Easy to do because our desserts are pre-cut)

Should I be concerned if my dessert is a bit thawed  already when it arrives?

​

No, some thawing may occur. This will not hurt the product.
