Your freshly baked
gourmet dessert requires special handling, packaging, and shipping
to guarantee its safe arrival. We take great pride in our
preparation and shipment procedures to insure your satisfaction.
Our Gourmet Desserts are shipped
frozen in dry ice filled, styrofoam, packaging that is specially
designed to maintain the integrity of the product. It is highly
recommended that yourself or a representative be present to receive
the package when it arrives (especially in the summer months) as we
will not issue refunds for desserts that have melted
in the sun.
We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and
Wednesdays. (Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana orders may ship on
Thursdays, if deliverable in one day).
