What are your delivery days? TOP
We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. (Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana orders may ship on Thursdays, if deliverable in one day). How far do you ship? TOP
We ship everywhere in the continental United States. We do not ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or any US owned island territories. Shipping is ONLY within continental USA. Can I get overnight shipping? TOP
Yes, however there is an additional charge of $45.00. Saturday shipping charge will be $55.00 Why can't I have a cheesecake delivered on Monday? TOP
We can not initiate a shipment on the weekend. Do you ship to Canada or other International destinations? TOP
Unfortunately no. Our perishable cheesecakes cannot withstand customs delays. Can I have the cheesecake delivered to a P.O. Box? TOP
No. We can only ship to a physical address. Do you charge tax? TOP
Libby's does not charge any tax Can I send a personal message along with dessert? TOP
Of course you can! Remember to include you message in the space provided on our order form. What happens if I give a wrong shipping address? TOP
If you give us a wrong shipping address your credit card will be charged an address correction fee of $15.00. |
